Access to the Application

You can access the application anytime with a valid email and login through any web browser. You must be online to access the application.


Payments

We accept payments through Braintree and you subscribe to a monthly recurring payment that you can opt out of.

We do not collect or store your payment method details.

Your first purchase will be the recurring cost that will be debited using the payment details you have provided on the same date of your first purchase ("Billing Date").

If your first purchase occurs on days 1-28 in a given month, we will bill you on that same date each commencing month ("Billing Date"). Where your first purchase occurs on days 29-31, we will bill you monthly on the 28th day commencing the following month. For example, if you activate your service on the 30th January, we will bill you on the 28th of each month thereafter.

You will have the option to adjust, suspend or terminate your recurring payments at any time more than 14 days before your next Billing Date. For example, if your billing date is the 28th January you will be able to adjust, suspend or terminate any payment due on the 28th January provided that change is made by 11:59pm AEST on the 13th January.

We require any changes to your recurring payments to be made more than 14 days from your billing date as we will need to commence our service in advance of the billing date.



Pricing

Pricing is available on login to the application and will vary depending on offers, promotions and your decision around diner reimbursement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to find a resolution that suits you best.

If you think one of our diners reports are not up to scratch please provide them a low rating and we will review that. If that report is not of a reasonable standard we will offer to complete that report again free of charge.

If you are not happy with the general standard of our services we can refund you the service fee component of your last bill.

If you were unable to or did not adjust, suspend or terminate your recurring payments at any time more than 14 days before your next Billing Date then please contact us immediately.
